Executive Director
Roger Hooks, Jr. is the highest ranking executive in the front office. He brings 17 years of Corporate Marketing and Business Operations experience where he built the brand value of a long standing Tech Brand from $500M to $14B during his 17 years with the company. He also possesses 7 years of small business experience in creative services and 30 years in Graphic Design. He sees the vision of the organization and advises on the nuts and bolts of the day to day operations to realize it.
Roger served on the Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce as the youngest and longest standing Chairman of 6 years before stepping down after hiring Carl Davis as the Chambers President. Roger's experience in investor relations through his new venture endeavors in Silicon Valley as well as experience closing sponsorship deals as Event Director for the North American Boat Association should serve the Knights organization well in building a new team and direction.
He's been a player in Semi-Pro for the past 7 years and participates with the team today as running back wearing #1. His past teams include the San Jose 49ers, San Jose Patriots, and the San Jose Hawks.
Roger is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the team including management of the team personel decisions.

It's no wonder that Mitch has done everything from racing across the water of Lake Merritt with a roaring 500 hp 5 Liter V8 at his back hitting speeds up to 160 mph to zipping a mini 1/8th Scale RC nitro powered version of the full size Unlimited Hydroplane at 60 mph to singing in a funk band to 35 years of action-packed Semi-Pro Adult Football excitement. It's fun and games that Mr. Lockett takes seriously.
As a football owner of the longest standing Semi-Pro Adult Football organization in Northern Calififornia since 1995, Mitch and his Alameda Country Knights have enjoyed three Championships.
Mitches football career includes playing for San Diego State University, trying out for the Oakland Raiders and coaching from Pop-Warner to Semi-Pro. As the owner coach brings a high -level of football IQ to share with this growing team as well as leadership through know-how.
